So it seems that I’ve disappeared in regards to photos the past 6 months. And I’m not gonna lie, but it’s been hard to pick up my camera again. Moving out of home and to a different town took up a lot of my time, but I guess I made it my excuse along the way. So I’ve been trying to take my camera out with me more these days, even if it was just to shoot my lovely nephews, but at least I’ve picked it up again. Seems I went two steps forward and then ten steps back.
Just finished up the final edit of Maxine and Darren’s wedding. It also was my first ever time photographing a wedding. I now fully understand how much hard work it is being a wedding photographer. I overcame a few obstacles, but I still have sooooooo much to learn. But I guess you never really stop learning. I have a couple more shoots to blog. Life is changing a bit the last month or so, so I’m so far behind in my plans for a new blogsite. So the aim is hopefully the new year. Thanks to everyone who has given me encouragement and support. I definitely am my own worst enemy at times =)

I absolutely LOVE my two nephews. Jake turned 5 last week. Can’t honestly believe he’s growing up into such a little dude! I missed his party, but went after work to have a go on his bouncy castle. My knees didn’t really enjoy it, but I had to fulfill my Auntie duties! haha

I know, it’s been a while. But here’s wee Darcy again. I’m finally getting around to blogging some more of the images from that day. I’ve also been given a very good opportunity that’s coming up later this year. So my mind has been focused on that. If anyone knows me, they know I’m rubbish at making decisions and that I’d talk myself out of anything. So here’s hoping I’ve made the right choice!
